ONE
MISSED
CALL
Within our group we came up with our final idea for out thriller sequence, we thought this would be a great idea for a thriller. We came up with a name for out thriller and it was ONE MISSED CALL. The title makes you suspicious and makes you want to watch the thriller. Since we had a good title all we had to do was actually come up with what would be in out thriller sequence.
One missed call is about two mates on their way homes form a long day. Its very dark and late in Dagenham and their only way home is through a dark, dirty, misty alleyway. Its time for the girls to make their seperate ways home. One of the girls live closer to home than the other, so she says make sure u call me when you get home. They go their own ways. The girl that has a longer way to go, she can hear footsteps behind her, but she isn't really worried, thinking its just kids behind her, and anytime she'd look back, they would disappear. They disappear into a little slide where they can all fit in. The footsteps would get louder and closer, and she would walk faster until they jump out in front of her and threaten her and make rude gestures at her. Suddenly they pull out a knife on her, all surrounding her, all blacked out, wearing hoods. She screams and they slice her in the throat. her other friend has realised that her mate didn't call her and it was getting late, so she called her. It went straight to voicemail. Back to the other girl, she laid there bleeding to death, her phone laid there ringing and it said on her phone ONE MISSED CALL. Now there is a twist in our thriller sequence. 3 of the boys ran off, and the boy that stabbed the girl was still there and picked up the phone. The audience thinking why is he picking up the phone and answering it, they think its the girls phone and he is about to run away with it and steal it. But he dropped it as they were attacking her. The person who was on the phone to him was the girls mate asking if he ha done. As in killed her!!!!!!! The twist in out thriller sequence was a twist. Just like Alfred Hitchcock did in his thriller films. That where we got out idea form.
